Since I last posted, I missed the group run on the bridge on Thursday, so I had to run all by my lonesome. Friday brought a nice 5 miler. And this morning, I ran about twelve and a half with some peeps from the club.
Even 12 miles felt good, and I wasn't overly worn out at the end. In general, things are going very smoothly with my runnizzin'. Actually, I feel the urge to go run a few more right now.
I'll run for one more week at 5 miles per day (which will make it 5 weeks total), and I'll bring my gf, so I can have some data to compare to the last few months.
