He beat the 2nd place Kenyan by 2 minutes? If my excel forumulas were accurate, he was just under 4:45 pace. My fastest mile ever was 5:01.
You will need to run a 9:09 to break 4 hours. I would be happy to break 5 hours (11:25 pace) but ran 12 miles at 10 minute pace on Sunday so maybe there is some hope.
