Hi America, how are you? You look good!
I ran 14 this morning with my friend Tonia, who was nice enough to rearrange her schedule so I didn't have to do my long run alone. I'm leaving early tomorrow morning for sunny Florida, and I need to get some sleep.
Lots going on but no time to blog. As soon as I get back, I promise to post a nice long non-sensical rant about working on the computer too much, feeling run-down, turning 30, all those upsetting things.
